MAWTT - Father's Day

This week the theme over at Moving Along with the Times is Father's Day.

This was a difficult one for me as I haven't had my father for almost 45 years and my father in law for twenty five years. My husband is dead and my two sons are, unfortunately, not fathers. I decided to make a Peter Rabbit card and give it to a friend's young sons to give to their father. The first version was rubbish and I threw it out. I decided to keep this one simple because my brain couldn't cope with anything more complicated. lol

It's a small Craft UK card blank and the navy blue card is from Papermill. The backing paper and image are both from a Crafter's Companion CD. The button is from The Works and the sentiment was generated on the computer. I can't say I enjoyed making this card and I can't say that I like it. :(
