My card is a small Craft UK card. I've had the backing paper for ages and have no idea where I got it though I do know that I used a Crafter's Companion embossalicious folder on it. The dark brown pearlised card is by Papermill. I coloured the image with my Promarkers and cut it with one of the 'dies that have no name' that I bought from Joanna Sheen a few months ago. They were very cheap and in unusual shapes that have come in very handy on some cards. I treated myself to some new dies this week and the bird nest is one of them. It's a die-namite die and from Joanna Sheen. I used the same brown pearlised card for the nest and then added some Card Candi to two of the corners.

What stunning dies you have used, you did well with the cheapies, love the leaf shape but have to admit, just adore the birds nest one you have just bought. Awesome colouring on the digi, the bird is so real it could be flying away any moment :) Big hugs Jane xxxx

ReplyDeleteHow absolutely gorgeous this card is Hazel ....I love all your shades of Nature and your colouring of your image. The embossing is terrific as it reflects the pine leaves in your image. I had to do a double take on your brads as, at first look, I saw them as pine cones. Good on you treating yourself to some new dies ...The bird's nest is perfect for this great card.
