I've had a lovely day today. I did some washing early this morning and then since lunchtime I've been making cards. This is my third challenge card today and this one's for the
Waltzingmouse Challenge. It's following a sketch displayed on their site. I spent a lot of time sitting at my workbench doing nothing but stare at the sketch and then I decided to make a very simple card. The base card, half and half purple and lilac, is Papermill cardstock. I've drawn faux stitches round the edges, not very good, but my age is my excuse:) The sentiment is from Joanna Sheen and is printed on green card with Distress Ink edges. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the leaves are Crealie die cuts. It's a small card but is just big enough to cheer someone up on a miserable day. The flowers are very pretty.
