OSAAT #198 - Anything Goes
Come and join us again at One Stitch at a Time where the theme this week is Anything Goes - you know you all love that theme.
I chose Beary Dust's 'Shih Tsu' and you can buy this image at the Stitchybear Digi Outlet. Check out the rest of the DT cards and you'll see what Josephine and Shell did with the image that I chose for us.
My card blank is a large square by Joanna Sheen and the yellow card is from Papermill. The backing paper is from a Hideaway pad by First Edition. I coloured the image with ONE Promarker and then because of having withdrawal symptoms I decided to add a flower border so that I could use my Promarkers on that too. The Summer Border is a die by Memory Box as are the Precious Hearts. The bunting is a Signature die by Joanna Sheen. This card is for a young friend so I added the sentiment 'With Love' which I generated on the computer. I reckon this ties in with the precious hearts and the heart bunting. I hope she likes it.
The prize this week is donated by the Stitchybear Digi Outlet and will be all the images used by the DT on challenge 196 but check out the OSAAT blog for full details.
I'm entering my card into the following challenges:

Oh Hazel, your love and regard for your young friend really shines through in this happy card. It's full of the joys of Spring with its cheerful yellow and I have fallen in love with your 'Shih Tsu' looking through the border of Spring flowers .....my cats do the same to me when we are outdoors together. This is such a pretty card that I'm sure will be loved and so appreciated by your friend. Love Ingrid xxx ♥ ♥ ♥
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Hazel :) Had to chuckle about your need to add a border so you could get over your withdrawal symptoms hahahaha - what better excuse do you need than a DT card that needs just that little bit something extra. Fabulous creation :) :) Hugs Jane xxxxx
ReplyDeleteI am sure your friend will love this card. I like how it looks like he is just peeking though the flowers. :)
