MAWTT Spring into Summer

This week Claire set the theme of Spring into Summer for the challenge over at Moving Along with the Times. There's a colour chart on the blog to show you the colours you can use so please check it out. I've had lots of bother with Mr Blogger over the last few days so I don't want to tempt fate by moving off this post, lol

My card is using two shades of yellow card from Papermill. I stamped a Joanna Sheen poppy image in black on to white paper before adding Distress Ink in Squeezed Lemonade and Mustard Seed round the edges. I mounted that on to the yellow card and added three pieces of Card Candi to the top right corner. I made a simple sentiment saying 'Enjoy' mounted it on to yellow card and set it at an angle at the base of the poppy. I hope to enjoy summer and I do hope you all enjoy it too. It's been a long time coming! lol

My eyes are much better than they were - they stay open for some parts of each day. I'm hoping that my next appointment, with a higher dose, will settle them even more. Thanks for all your kind comments they are much appreciated.
