MAWTT Rainbows

The theme at Moving Along with the Times has been set by Janis Lewis and it's 'Rainbows'.

Whenever I see a rainbow I always recite one of my favourite poems: 'My heart leaps up' by William Wordsworth -

My heart leaps up when I behold

A rainbow in the sky:

So was it when my life began;

So is it now I am a man;

So be it when I shall grow old,

Or let me die!

The Child is father of the Man;

And I could wish my days to be

Bound each to each by natural piety.

My 7 x 8 scalloped card blank is by Craft UK. The digi image is by Claire of Hope Jacare and I coloured it with my Promarkers before setting it on red card by Papermill. I then attempted to make a rainbow of cards. I cut strips of card in colours ROYGBIV and eventually got them matted on to yellow card, all by Papermill. Once this was matted on to the card blank I added the red mat with the rainbow image. I hope this cheers you up on a dismal day.
